JioMart lost 1.7 million weekly active users and Ajio lost 1.5 million since the start of the year even as Blinkit added 13.4 million, Zepto 6.4 million and Myntra 6.8 million, according to a CLSA note citing Sensor Tower data published 2-3 September. JioMart’s weekly open rate sits at roughly 7 percent of cumulative downloads versus 24 percent for Blinkit and Zepto.

JioMart holds only 6 percent of tracked quick-commerce weekly actives against Blinkit’s 40 percent and Zepto’s 28 percent. Downloads remain high at 132 million-plus for JioMart yet conversion to regular opens lags sharply. Ajio faces similar habit gaps in fashion.

Dark-store riders and store staff at Reliance formats still move volume through the physical network, but app habit determines repeat grocery and fashion orders. A customer who opens Blinkit daily is less likely to switch for the same SKU even if JioMart sits inside a nearby Smart Bazaar.

JioMart weekly actives down 1.7 million while Blinkit added 13.4 million.

The data pressure Reliance’s omni-channel story and help pure-play quick-commerce players defend valuation narratives. It also signals that distribution muscle alone does not lock digital frequency.

Next watch is the festive-season order-run rate and any fresh app-engagement metrics in the coming quarterly update.
