A block deal worth approximately ₹2,047 crore is set in Lenskart Solutions, with Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust selling a 1.7 per cent stake at a floor price of ₹682.45 per share. The floor sits 3.5 per cent below the last close, according to reports dated 18 September 2026.

Platinum Jasmine plans to offload 1.7 per cent of Lenskart via block deal valued at ₹2,047.4 crore. The floor price of ₹682.45 represents a 3.5 per cent discount to the prior close. Shares sold carry a 90-day lock-up on further sales.

Optical retailers and franchise partners watch the pricing signal closely. A clean block at that level sets the reference for any pre-IPO secondary and influences how much capital Lenskart can deploy into new store fit-outs and lab capacity.

The 1.7 per cent stake is on offer for roughly ₹2,047 crore at a 3.5 per cent discount.

The deal helps early investors exit partially while leaving the company with a clearer public-market path. It also puts pressure on other D2C eyewear and retail names eyeing listings to show similar liquidity.

Watch the actual trade execution this week and the IPO timeline now pencilled for late October into November.
