A block deal valued at approximately ₹2,047 crore is set in Lenskart Solutions, with Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust offering about 1.7% equity at a floor price of ₹682.45 on 18 September. The price sits at a 3.5% discount to the prior close. Shares ended the day at ₹706.60, up nearly 4%.
Platinum Jasmine is selling roughly 1.7% of Lenskart via block deal for ₹2,047 crore at ₹682.45 floor, subject to a 90-day lock-up on further sales. The trust held close to 9.8% as of end-June.
Store-level teams continue aggressive outlet additions while the secondary sale provides liquidity to an early backer. Higher free float can ease future fundraising but also invites short-term price swings around the deal print.
Platinum Jasmine offers 1.7% Lenskart stake for ₹2,047 crore.
The transaction follows Lenskart’s Q1 FY27 net profit of ₹222 crore on revenue of ₹2,714 crore, up 43% year-on-year. It leaves room for other financial investors to rebalance without pressuring the primary business.
Watch the actual deal execution price and any follow-on selling once the lock-up ends, plus the pace of new store openings through the festive quarter.
