FSN E-Commerce, parent of Nykaa, posted 9M FY26 revenue of ₹7,374 crore, a 25 per cent rise that topped most listed retail peers. The growth came from beauty GMV and owned brands under the One Nykaa approach. The figure sat alongside Trent’s 16 per cent and DMart’s 15 per cent in the same period snapshot.

Nykaa’s nine-month revenue reached ₹7,374 crore with 25 per cent growth, driven by beauty and lifestyle. Owned brands and global alliances fed the rise while logistics stayed integrated. Peers such as Reliance Retail logged 13 per cent and Aditya Birla Lifestyle 6 per cent in the comparable window.

A beauty counter or D2C shelf that once relied on festive spikes now sees steadier repeat orders through Nykaa’s app and store network. Dark-store pickers handle more high-margin serums and kits, raising average order value without the heavy discounting common in apparel.

Nykaa’s 9M FY26 revenue of ₹7,374 crore reflects the platform’s growing dominance in beauty and fashion.

The outperformance helps pure-play beauty hold share against Reliance and Shoppers Stop premiumisation drives while pressuring smaller D2C labels that lack the same fulfilment reach. Mass fashion players feel less direct heat yet lose wallet share when shoppers allocate more to personal care.

Track the full-year close and any festive campaign metrics in the next earnings for sustained GMV momentum and owned-brand mix.
