FSN E-Commerce, parent of Nykaa, posted nine-month FY26 revenue of ₹7,374 crore, up 25 per cent, according to an 31 August 2026 sector compilation. Growth came from beauty GMV, owned brands and the One Nykaa integration of curated alliances and logistics. Quick-commerce extension Nykaa Now continues city rollout.

Owned brands and exclusive global tie-ups lifted take rates while the platform kept fashion and beauty assortment deep. Digital-first shoppers drove the bulk of the increase.

A Nykaa dark store or quick-commerce node now fulfils same-day beauty essentials that once sat only on marketplace shelves. Riders carry higher-margin kits instead of pure third-party volume, protecting contribution.

Nykaa’s ₹7,374 crore 9M haul rests on owned brands and faster delivery.

Purplle, Amazon beauty and Flipkart’s fashion verticals lose share on exclusive drops and owned-label loyalty. Traditional department stores and standalone beauty counters feel the traffic shift to app-plus-quick delivery.

Watch Nykaa Now city count and any festive campaign spend disclosure before Navratri. Further owned-brand launches or acquisition chatter will signal margin ambition.
