Swiggy reported Instamart adjusted Ebitda losses of ₹895 crore in the September quarter. Consolidated revenue rose 36% to ₹7,571 crore while net loss narrowed 15.6% to ₹922 crore. Management guided for sequential margin improvement of about 100 basis points in the December quarter.

The print puts pressure on Swiggy’s funding runway and valuation while Blinkit’s positive Ebitda widens the gap. Zepto and new entrants face the same unit-economics test.
Watch the Q3 margin bridge and inventory transition progress in the next earnings call and festive order data.
