Registered users crossed 14.1 million in Q1FY27, up 44%. The model uses existing inventory and staff rather than separate dark stores.
On the shop floor a store manager in a tier-3 town now picks online orders between walk-in customers, raising utilisation of the same till and stockroom. Riders collect from the back door instead of a dedicated pod.
