Lenskart will introduce French eyewear brand Le Petit Lunetier across 50 of its stores and on its website, marking the first international brand in its portfolio. The move follows Neso Brands’ earlier stake purchase in the label for ₹33 crore.

Peyush Bansal said the design expertise pairs with Lenskart’s distribution and Indian consumer data. The brand, founded in 2015, seeks wider global reach beyond its core markets.

On the shop floor the new frames sit in the premium bay, lifting average ticket without forcing a full assortment overhaul. A single high-street counter can now offer global styling next to private-label basics.

Le Petit Lunetier reaches 50 Lenskart stores and the website.

The exclusive-ish placement helps Lenskart differentiate from Titan and independent opticians while giving the French label instant Indian reach. Other global niche eyewear names may follow the same shop-in-shop route.

Watch festive footfalls in the 50 doors through October-November for early sell-through data before any wider rollout.
