FSN E-Commerce Ventures, parent of Nykaa, reported 9M FY26 revenue of ₹7,374 crore, a 25 per cent rise, according to a sector performance snapshot. The figure reflects strength in beauty GMV and owned brands under the integrated One Nykaa approach that links curated global alliances with e-commerce logistics. The growth outpaced several large-format peers in the same period.

Nykaa’s model blends platform sales, private labels and selective offline doors. The 25 per cent lift came while physical value fashion and grocery chains also posted double-digit gains, showing beauty demand remains resilient.

For the merchant the owned-brand mix protects margins when marketplace commissions and ad spends rise. A dark-store or warehouse picker handling Nykaa beauty orders sees higher value density per tote than apparel alone.

Nykaa’s 25 per cent rise shows beauty still outruns broader discretionary softness.

The print helps Nykaa hold share against Tira’s store push and department-store beauty expansions. It also keeps pressure on pure D2C beauty labels that lack the same logistics backbone.

Watch the full-year number and any festive GMV commentary in the next update. Further owned-brand launches or airport/rail listings would extend the channel mix.
