FSN E-Commerce Ventures, parent of Nykaa, reported net profit of ₹101.19 crore for the September quarter, nearly tripling from ₹32.98 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose 28% to ₹3,006.04 crore. The beauty vertical drove gains with GMV up 25% while the company added 14 stores to reach 338 across 111 cities.
Nykaa Now quick-commerce operated in 15 cities in Q2, up sharply from earlier, and targets more than 25 cities by end-FY27 with 30-60 minute delivery. Beauty net sales value rose 28% and EBITDA 50%. Fashion turned EBITDA-positive.
Shop-floor impact shows in higher repeat buys and average order values at dark stores and beauty counters. A till operator in a metro outlet now pushes premium SKUs faster as footfall converts better on omnichannel tickets.
Nykaa Now targets more than 25 cities by end-FY27 as beauty GMV rises 25%.
The move squeezes pure-play beauty D2C brands on speed and assortment while helping marketplace sellers via eB2B. It pressures Blinkit and Zepto beauty shelves on same-day reach.
Watch the festive window through November and the Simply Nam integration after the 82% stake buy for ₹33 crore. Next filing will show city count and contribution from owned brands.
