First stores slated for Delhi and Mumbai as shapewear and lifestyle line enters via Reliance Retail network.

Reliance Brands has signed an exclusive partnership with SKIMS Body Inc for the Indian market. The Kim Kardashian co-founded shapewear and lifestyle brand will open its first stores in Delhi and Mumbai under the deal advised by Khaitan & Co and announced around 19 August.
The pact gives Reliance full rights to retail SKIMS product in India. Stores will sit inside the group’s premium and lifestyle portfolio that already houses multiple global labels. No store count or timeline beyond the two metros was detailed.
Shop-floor impact hits the lingerie and athleisure bay first. A customer walking into a Reliance Brands outlet can now add shapewear to a denim or lounge ticket, raising average transaction value. Dark-store teams for Ajio will need fresh size runs.
First SKIMS stores planned for Delhi and Mumbai.
The deal squeezes standalone shapewear D2C players and gives Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle another premium competitor. It helps Reliance deepen its women-focused assortment against Nykaa Fashion.
Watch for the actual Delhi and Mumbai openings before Diwali. Any marketplace listing exclusivity or airport shop-in-shop would signal faster scale.
