YatriKart will roll out 1,000 Quick Stop convenience stores over five years under a ₹120 crore Franchise Invested Company Operated pact with MMG Group. First phase targets 100 stores in Delhi-NCR; the brand already runs more than 80 outlets across eight cities at highways, hospitals and bus stands.
MMG funds infrastructure while YatriKart runs tech, supply chain and staffing. A consumer app for advance orders at fuel stations is also planned. Broader goal is 5,000 stores.
A highway pump attendant now becomes a mini-mart till point with pre-packed snacks and essentials. Riders or long-haul drivers pick up without leaving the fuel bay.
MMG funds capex while YatriKart handles ops in the FICO structure aiming at 5,000 stores.
The model helps oil-marketing retail partners monetise idle forecourt space while squeezing traditional roadside kiosks on impulse categories. It also gives FMCG brands another controlled high-traffic channel.
Watch the first 100 NCR openings through the winter travel season and any app download metrics in the next quarterly update.
