boAt said on 19 October that its overseas revenue more than doubled to roughly ₹45 crore in FY26 from ₹20 crore a year earlier, and it has entered Sri Lanka and Bhutan with personal audio, smartwatches and charging solutions. Wearables turned profitable and emerging categories added to the profit pool beyond core audio.
The brand is adding Sri Lanka and Bhutan to its existing footprint in Southeast Asia and the GCC. Products will roll out across personal audio, wearables and charging, with local assortment tweaks planned later based on response. CEO Gaurav Nayyar framed the move as market-by-market relevance rather than simple shelf expansion.
For kirana and multi-brand electronics counters that stock boAt, the overseas push signals steadier supply of newer SKUs once domestic festive demand peaks. Riders and dark-store pickers already see higher attach rates on chargers and open-ear buds during sale days.

The shift helps contract manufacturers and logistics partners handling export cartons while putting pressure on smaller domestic audio labels that lack export channels. boAt's wearables segment moved into profit of about ₹7 crore after earlier losses.
Watch the Diwali discount window already live with up to 80% off on Amazon and Flipkart, plus any update on the pending IPO papers. Further South Asia or GCC listings would be the next clear signal.
