Flipkart launched Fashion Spotlight on 9 September 2026 to accelerate digital-first fashion brands, especially from Tier-2 and beyond. More than 100 brands are already live; the platform aims to reach around 500 by year-end with video cataloguing, live commerce and virtual try-ons timed for the festive season.

The programme focuses on early-stage labels solving for style, value and regional needs. Brands such as Rare Rabbit, Miraggio and Zouk have already posted multi-fold growth on the marketplace. Fifty high-potential names form the initial cohort.

A Tier-2 designer now uploads a reel once and reaches Flipkart’s fashion buyers without building separate D2C logistics. The till at a small studio gains national orders; the rider network absorbs the extra volume.

It helps emerging labels compete with established D2C and Myntra exclusives. Pure social sellers without marketplace tools lose conversion; larger platforms lock in fresh assortment.
