Myntra is creating over 26,000 seasonal jobs ahead of its Big Fashion Festival, more than twice the workforce engaged last year. Roles span sorting, packing, last-mile delivery and customer service across five fulfilment centres including Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata, with about 8,000 delivery partners and 2,700 in service.

Women will make up 30 percent of the fulfilment workforce and more than 350 roles are earmarked for persons with disabilities. Workers are drawn from Odisha, Bihar, UP and other states for the October surge.

A dark-store supervisor now has extra hands for M-Express 24-to-48-hour orders; a rider in Binola sees denser routes and higher daily drops without overtime spikes. Shoppers get faster fashion drops before Navratri peaks.

Myntra is creating more than 26,000 seasonal employment opportunities, more than twice last year.

The scale helps Flipkart Group defend fashion share against Amazon and quick-commerce fashion plays while putting pressure on smaller pure-play sites short of temp labour. It also lifts interstate wage flows into source states.

Track actual fill rates and any extension of M-Now 30-to-60-minute fashion in the first week of the festival.
