Two-floor store anchors M2K Corporate Park, extending value fashion into mixed-use office-retail catchments.

Zudio opened a 23,000 sq ft two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram, its first major apparel anchor at the complex. The outlet sits inside a mixed-use hub that already houses dining and office space, targeting high daytime footfall from surrounding corporates and residences.
The store offers the full Zudio range of men’s, women’s and kids’ apparel priced mostly under ₹999. It marks continued penetration beyond pure high-street and mall locations into corporate parks that deliver weekday traffic. Trent’s value chain has already crossed 1,000 stores nationally with heavy tier-2/3 weighting.
For the shop-floor team the larger format means higher inventory turns and more fitting-room throughput during lunch and evening peaks. Riders and last-mile partners see steadier order density from office workers ordering same-day essentials alongside apparel.
First major apparel brand to anchor the Gurugram corporate park.
The opening helps Trent lock catchment share before rival value players cluster nearby. It mildly squeezes smaller multi-brand outlets in the same micro-market while giving landlords proof that fashion anchors can work in non-traditional retail boxes.
Watch festive conversion rates at this and similar corporate-park units through November. Any commentary on store-level payback in the next Trent update will show if the format scales beyond Gurugram.
