Zudio, Trent’s value-fashion chain, opened a 23,000 sq ft two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Gurugram Sector 51. The unit is the first major apparel anchor at the mixed-use complex that combines offices, retail and dining. It stocks men, women and kids apparel in the sub-₹999 band.

The store spans interconnected floors and brings Zudio’s high-turnover model into a corporate park setting rather than a pure mall. Trent continues rapid Zudio additions, with the format already past 960 stores nationally and heavy tilt toward tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

On the shop floor the wide aisles and frequent refreshes keep average transaction tickets low while volume stays high. A till operator clears more units per hour than at mid-price department stores, lifting sales density.

Zudio brings affordable stylish apparel into a commercial hub built for foot traffic.

Yousta from Reliance and Intune from Shoppers Stop feel the price pressure in the same catchment. Mid-market brands lose share when shoppers trade down for weekly fashion fixes.

Watch further Gurugram and NCR corporate-park pilots through the festive window and Trent’s next quarterly store-count update.
