Zudio has opened a 23,000 sq ft two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram. The outlet is the first major apparel anchor at the complex and marks a large-format test for the value chain in a mixed office-retail hub. It adds to a network that has already crossed or is approaching the 1,000-store mark across 300-plus cities.

The new Zudio spans 23,000 sq ft across two interconnected floors at M2K Corporate Park. It brings the full men-women-kids assortment under one roof in a location that mixes corporate offices with F&B. The opening continues Trent’s push into high-visibility NCR micro-markets even as most recent stores target Tier-2 and Tier-3.

For the shop floor the larger box means higher inventory depth and faster weekly refreshes to keep the sub-₹999 promise. Staff at the till will handle office-lunch and evening family traffic that a standard neighbourhood Zudio rarely sees. Stock turns must stay under the usual 15-day cycle or markdowns climb.

Zudio has opened a sprawling 23,000 sq ft store at the M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram.

The store helps M2K fill its retail levels and gives Zudio a flagship-style presence against competing value formats nearby. It also signals that Trent will still drop large boxes in dense metros while the bulk of net additions stay in smaller towns.

Watch footfall and sales density through the October festive weeks. Any comment in the next Trent update on large-format productivity versus standard Zudio will show if more 20,000-plus sq ft boxes follow.
