Zudio has opened a 23,000-square-foot two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram, becoming the first major apparel brand to anchor the mixed-use complex. The outlet offers the full range of affordable apparel for men, women and children under the Trent value-fashion banner.
The store sits inside a commercial hub that already mixes offices, dining and retail, designed for high daily footfall from surrounding residential and corporate catchments. It forms part of Trent’s steady Zudio rollout that has already taken the chain past 980 stores.
On the ground this gives office workers and nearby families a convenient value destination without a full mall trip, lifting basket sizes at lunch and evening hours. Riders and last-mile partners also gain another dense pick-up point if omnichannel orders rise.
Zudio’s 23,000-sq-ft Gurugram store is the first major apparel anchor at M2K.
The opening helps the landlord fill prime retail floors and puts pressure on smaller multi-brand outlets in the same micro-market. It also signals that corporate parks are now fair game for large-format value fashion beyond traditional high streets and malls.
Watch early sales density through the festive window and whether Trent replicates the corporate-park format in other NCR or metro office clusters before year-end.
