Tata Group’s Trent opened a 23,000 sq ft Zudio store on 1 September 2026 at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram. The two interconnected floors mark the first major apparel brand to anchor the complex. The store offers affordable apparel for men, women and children.

Zudio’s sprawling format occupies prime retail space inside the commercial hub that mixes offices, dining and shopping. M2K Group called it a key addition that strengthens the property’s retail ecosystem and draws traffic from surrounding affluent catchments.

Shop-floor teams gain a high-visibility location where office workers and residents convert quickly on value fashion. Till productivity should benefit from the captive weekday crowd plus weekend leisure flow already feeding the F&B outlets on site.

23,000 sq ft two-floor Zudio anchors Gurugram corporate park retail.

Other value and mid-fashion players eyeing Gurugram corporate parks now face a scaled Trent format that can absorb footfall early. Lifestyle and regional chains lose a potential anchor slot in a rising mixed-use node.

Track September-October same-store trends at this outlet and any further Trent announcements on corporate-park or mixed-use rollouts ahead of the festive season.
