Trent’s Zudio has opened a 23,000 sq ft store across two interconnected floors at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram. The outlet is the first major apparel brand to anchor the mixed-use complex that combines retail, dining and offices. Zudio already operates well over 1,000 stores nationwide with heavy Tier-2 and Tier-3 focus.

The store brings affordable mens, womens and kids apparel into a high-visibility commercial hub surrounded by affluent residential catchments. Inventory turns remain the core metric for the value format.

For the till operator this means lunch-hour and evening office traffic that converts faster than pure mall footfall. A nearby standalone value retailer loses the corporate crowd that now shops downstairs after work.

Zudio’s 23,000 sq ft Gurugram store anchors a corporate park for the first time.

The opening helps Trent densify NCR while pressuring Reliance Yousta and Aditya Birla Style Up in the same price band. Westside continues its separate push toward 100 stores a year funded by the approved ₹2,500 crore raise.

Watch like-for-like sales from this corporate-park format in the next quarter and further Zudio additions before the year-end festive close.
