Tata Group’s Trent brand Zudio has opened a 23,000 sq ft store spanning two interconnected floors at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram. The outlet is the first major apparel brand to anchor the complex, which mixes retail, dining and office space. The launch was reported on 4 November 2026.

Zudio brings affordable apparel for men, women and children into a commercial hub already drawing office traffic and F&B visitors. The format targets high visibility and daily footfall rather than pure mall weekends.

A till at the new store will see lunch-hour and evening office crowds converting on basics and seasonal drops. Riders and dark-store pickers nearby gain another dense pickup point for quick orders.

Zudio’s 23,000 sq ft Gurugram store is the first major apparel anchor at M2K Corporate Park.

The opening helps Trent’s Tier-1 density while squeezing other value players seeking similar corporate-park leases. It supports local F&B by keeping shoppers longer on site.

Watch fill rates through the current festive fortnight and any further corporate-park or high-street adds before year-end. Trent’s broader Zudio count already crossed 1,000 earlier.
