Zudio opened a 23,000 sq ft two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram, on 1 November. The outlet is the first major apparel anchor in the mixed-use complex that combines offices, retail and dining. It marks continued push into high-visibility commercial hubs beyond traditional high streets.

The store spans interconnected floors and stocks the full range of affordable apparel for men, women and children. M2K Group called it a key addition that lifts the park’s retail draw for the surrounding affluent catchment. Trent has been opening Zudio outlets rapidly, with the network near or past the 1,000-store mark after Q2 additions.

For the shop floor this brings daily office footfall that can convert into repeat weekday baskets rather than only weekend family trips. A till at a corporate-park Zudio sees lunch-hour spikes that pure mall stores miss. Inventory turns faster on basics and workwear.

Zudio brings affordable stylish apparel into a commercial hub built for high foot traffic.

The format helps Trent deepen presence against Reliance Trends and Vishal while giving landlords a reliable value-fashion tenant. Smaller regional chains lose some share of the same young professional wallet.

Watch Christmas and year-end office parties for early sales read-through, plus any further corporate-park or transit-linked openings in the next two months. Trent’s hinterland and Tier-2 pace remains the bigger volume driver.
