Trent’s Zudio has opened a 23,000 sq ft two-floor store at M2K Corporate Park in Sector 51, Gurugram, marking the first major apparel presence in the complex. The outlet spans interconnected floors and targets the dense office crowd around the mixed-use hub. It arrives as Zudio’s network crosses the 1,000-store mark nationwide.

The new Gurugram unit is Zudio’s maiden store inside the M2K park and anchors the retail podium with men’s, women’s and kids apparel priced mostly under ₹999. Two floors give the format room for higher inventory turns in a high-visibility corporate location.

For the shop floor this means lunch-hour and evening traffic from nearby offices can convert into quick basket fills without a mall detour. A rider or executive grabbing a shirt after work keeps the till moving on weekdays that are normally softer for pure residential catchments.

The opening helps Trent push deeper into NCR office clusters while squeezing smaller multi-brand outlets and local value players that lack the private-label scale. It also pressures Reliance Yousta and ABFRL formats racing for the same Tier-1 peripheral sites.

Watch early footfall numbers through the ongoing festive fortnight and whether Trent replicates the corporate-park model in other Gurgaon or Bangalore complexes before year-end.
