Trent reported standalone revenue of ₹5,788 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up 23% year-on-year, as it opened its 1,000th Zudio store. Total network reached 1,342 outlets across formats by end-September. Growth held even as the festive calendar shifted into the December quarter.

Trent’s Q2FY27 standalone revenue rose 23% to ₹5,788 crore while H1 hit ₹11,454 crore, up 21%. Zudio crossed the 1,000-store mark during the quarter and the full chain stood at 1,342 stores. Brokerages noted the beat despite calendar headwinds.

Shop-floor managers in tier-2 Zudio outlets now track weekly inventory turns under ₹999 price points. A single till in a new non-metro store can clear higher volume only if footfall matches metro productivity; lower throughput already flags margin pressure on fresh openings.

Zudio crossed 1,000 stores as Trent revenue rose 23% to ₹5,788 crore.

The scale squeezes mid-market players such as V-Mart and Shoppers Stop’s Intune while helping Trent’s Westside premium mix. Reliance’s Yousta and Aditya Birla Style Up face faster value competition in the same 200-plus cities.

Watch the December quarter festive filings and any update on like-for-like sales recovery after the early-October results. Diwali window throughput will decide if the 1,000-store base delivers consistent yields.
